A lift provides access within the building and Apartment 15 does not contain the internal steps found in Apartment 14.

This makes Apartment 15 the more suitable option of the two for guests who prefer step-free access.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and checkout is by 11:00 am.

Secure self check-in allows you to arrive without arranging an in-person key handover.

After booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form and provide valid photographic identification.

Guests must also choose one of the following security options:

£200 fully refundable security deposit

or

£34.99 non-refundable damage waiver

The refundable security deposit is returned after departure provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, smoking or breach of the property rules.

The online check-in form, identification and security option must be completed before check-in information can be released.
