ACCESS — PLEASE READ

The studio is located on the lower-ground floor of the building.

Steps are required to reach the studio and there is no lift access to this level.

Guests with mobility or accessibility requirements should take this into account before booking.

The studio itself is completely private, although the wider apartment building is shared with other guests and permanent residents.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

After booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form and provide valid photographic identification.

Guests must also choose one of the following security options:

£200 fully refundable security deposit

or

£34.99 non-refundable damage waiver

The refundable security deposit is returned after departure provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning, smoking or breach of the property rules.

The online check-in form, identification and security option must be completed before check-in information can be released.

The studio does not have air conditioning.

As the studio is within a residential apartment building, guests are asked to respect neighbouring residents and keep noise to a reasonable level.
