KING BEDROOM

The first-floor bedroom has a king-size bed, blackout blinds, a 43" smart TV, a clothes rail, drawers and a full-length mirror.

The second-floor loft bedroom has a double bed under skylights and exposed oak beams, blackout blinds, a wardrobe, bedside drawers with built-in charging points and its own 43" smart TV.

Two separate bedrooms mean everyone gets a real bed in a real bedroom, with more privacy than sharing a hotel room.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen-diner has everything you need to cook proper meals: gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided.

The dining table by the window works as your desk for laptop work, calls and invoicing.

LAUNDRY

A washer-dryer with detergent is in the kitchen, plus a clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Ideal for contractors and longer stays.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a heated towel rail and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

PARKING

The street is permit-only. Council car parks nearby, such as Hanover Street and Cross Hills, are about £4 a weekday and free overnight, and vans are fine. Please check the latest charges and restrictions before leaving your vehicle.

GETTING HERE

Halifax Railway Station is around a 4-minute walk, with direct trains to Leeds (about 35 minutes), Manchester (about 45 minutes), Bradford and Huddersfield.

Weekday road works around the station and Church Street are expected until around autumn 2027; please follow the signs.

GOOD TO KNOW

There are 14 stairs up to the first floor and 13 more to the loft bedroom, with no lift.
There is no separate living room; the sofa is in the kitchen-diner.
It's the town centre, so you may hear some street noise, especially on summer concert nights.
A Ring doorbell covers the entrance door only; there are no cameras inside.
Travel cot available free on request (please bring cot bedding).

SELF CHECK-IN

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and checkout is by 11:00 am.

Self check-in uses a key box at the black door signed 12B. Step-by-step entry instructions with photos are sent before arrival.
